Testimonials From Students

Our youngest son was only 4 years old when he expressed a real interest in learning how to play. We connected with Dave Dragone who patiently taught him to play at such a young age. David taught the basics while making it fun to learn. He took our son from beginner to playing songs like Bach's Double Violin Concerto and the Ashokan Farewell.

My youngest daughter wanted to play the violin. She was receiving lessons at her elementary school with group lessons, and she wanted to progress more quickly. I found Dave Dragone, and he worked with her from 3rd - 12th grade. After a few years of classical training, my daughter said she wanted to learn some fiddle tunes too. They did both and she enjoyed it. She asked David to help her prepare her assigned music for an audition to the RI All State Orchestra, and she was accepted!
